Are you wondering what all the order statuses are, and what they mean? Look no further! We answer this here.

- The order is waiting to be processed. The order can be cancelled. In this state, you likely want to pay for the order and move it to an 

 - The order has been paid for and is now being processed by OrderMerch and its suppliers. An order cannot be cancelled from here on out. Processing includes creating the products and packing them.

 - Parts of the order have been shipped. This can include individual items or multiple items.

 - All items for the order have been shipped. That or all items have been delivered. An order can still change its status at this point. If an order has problems with shipping this can change to 

. Unless this status changes, you can assume the order is finished.

 - There was a problem with your order. You'll need to contact your account manager to find out what went wrong with the order. Need to learn the process for returns? 

 - The order was cancelled. This can be done through the 

. An order cannot be changed at this point.

What Are The Different Order Statuses?

To place an order you'll need to have products added to your account. Need to create a product? 

 on the sidebar. You'll click it which will take you to your orders.

 button. Which will begin the order creation process.

You'll be taken to the order creation screen. You'll need to fill out the shipping information to continue. Please make sure you're filling out this form correctly. You're 

 encouraged to provide a phone number as this helps with shipping.

You'll want to add the item(s) you're wanting to order. To do this you'll press on the 

You'll be shown the product selector. You'll click on one of your products on the left-hand side. In our case, this would be a hoodie.

You'll click the variant you're wanting to order. 

A variant is a product with a specific size, color, and other options.

 In our case all variants for this hoodie are black but they do have different sizes.


The selected variant will show under items. You're able to adjust the quantity if you're wanting to order more. Whenever you're happy with your order press on 

After waiting for a little you should be redirected to your newly created order. Congratulations! If you have any errors, you'll need to fix the problem(s) and then try again.

Now that you have created your first order you're finished. You or your account manager will need to process the order when you're ready to pay. Processing an order means we charge you for the order, start creating the product, and then ship it to the recipient.

How Do I Place An Order?

In a future version of OrderMerch you'll be able to create products yourself with our product designer.

On the dashboard, you'll look for your account manager and a way to contact them. In our case, we can contact our account manager via email.

Look for a product you'd like to use on OrderMerch (not on the dashboard). Let's say this 

Get the image you'd like to add to the product ready. Make sure it's a 

 file and a high-resolution image. If it's not high resolution the print quality will be terrible or may be rejected.

Contact your account manager with the product you'd like to create. Include the color you'd like, and the image to add to the product including the placement (front or back).

Wait for your account manager to get back to you. They'll create the product and add it to your account. You can find it 

 including the mockup of your new product and its variants.

That's it! You've successfully created a product. You can place an order at any time and order your custom product!

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Any items returned to the fulfilling facility for the order will be held for 4 weeks before being donated to charity at your cost (we will not issue a refund). At this time items sent back to a facility can only be reshipped (you will be liable for reshipment costs). We do not hold inventory or repackage at this time.

What Happens If a Product Is Returned?

currently only accept payments by credit card. Some enterprises can pay by PayPal.

Wire transfer and other online payment gateways are currently not supported.
