Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any items returned to the fulfilling facility for the order will be held for 4 weeks before being donated to charity at your cost (we will not issue a refund). At this time items sent back to a facility can only be reshipped (you will be liable for reshipment costs). We do not hold inventory or repackage at this time.
